4.1 Contact Forms

We collect the following information about you when you complete a form on our website:

  • Telephone number
  • Other information you supply relevant to your enquiry

This information is stored securely on our website content management system hosted by SiteGround, which is provided by SiteGround Hosting Ltd., and a copy is sent to us via email. You can read their privacy policy here. It will only be used for the purpose it was submitted for, i.e. to respond to your enquiry. Data submitted via forms is kept for a period of 24 months.

4.2 Email

If you contact us via one of our @sunshineweb.co.uk email addresses, your email will be securely stored on our SiteGround email servers provided by SiteGround Hosting Ltd. You can read their privacy policy here.

Your email address will not be shared with anyone outside of Sunshineweb.

All email communications are stored in our SiteGround email account for up to seven years or until such time as we delete them (whichever event happens first).

4.3 Google Analytics (Google LLC)

Like most websites, our website uses Google Analytics (GA) provided by Google LLC. This tool collects information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. We use this information to better understand how visitors find us and how they interact with our website. This will enable us to make adjustments to our website so we can deliver a better user experience.

All traffic (the transfer of files) between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.

4.6 Log Information
